  • Are there shipping and handling charges?

    No – Players Circle rewards include all shipping and handling charges.

  • Is Players Circle available in my country?

    Currently, Players Circle is available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and select European countries including Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.

  • How long do orders take to ship?

    All Players Circle orders take 5-10 business days.

  • When will I receive points for recycling my strings?

    Allow 3-5 weeks for your recycling shipment to be processed. Please note, only shipments weighing 2lbs or more will receive rewards credit.

  • Do you still accept Player's Points?

    As of August 31st, 2018, we no longer accept Player's Points for credit.

  • Why is my code not working?

    Make sure you’ve typed your code correctly (no dashes, and make sure to use the number zero).

    If you’re still having trouble, please send us your code and a picture of the packaging. We’ll do our best to help you.

  • Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

    No exchanges, returns or refunds on merchandise permitted, except where required by law.

  • I think my strings are counterfeit, what do I do?

    You can report your counterfeit on our Play Real site here.
