Player’s Points Program End Terms / FAQs

These Terms are effective May 14th, 2018 and supersede any previously communicated information regarding the termination of the Player’s Points program.

In 2011, D’Addario made the strategic decision to discontinue our old Player’s Points loyalty program and begin development of the Players Circle, the industry’s most exciting loyalty program. Although the Player’s Points program ended several years ago, we have generously supported requests by our valued customers to redeem points found on our old Player’s Points packaging for Players Circle points.

As we have previously communicated, beginning on August 31, 2018, we will no longer accept redemption requests for Player’s Points. However, between now and August 31, 2018, we will permit the conversion of accumulated Player’s Points to Players Circle points based on the calculation set forth below. After August 31, 2018, the Player’s Points program will be permanently discontinued and no further redemptions will be allowed.

We are working hard to continue to enhance the Players Circle program making it completely digital, mobile friendly and more international in scope every day. We thank you for your continued support of our products.

  • How do I submit my old Player’s Points?

Old packaging must be mailed to D’Addario directly. No requests via email will be accepted.
    D'Addario & Company, Inc.
    Attn: Players Circle
    595 Smith Street
    Farmingdale, New York 11735

Be sure to include your name, the email you signed up with, and your point total that you are sending in.

  • Is there any limit to how many points I can earn?

With respect to old Player’s Points redemption requests received through August 31, 2018, there will be a maximum allocation of 25,000 Players Circle points.

  • How do you translate the old Player’s Points to Players Circle points?

Player’s Points previously had a scale ranging from 1-25 points on the packaging. To determine the value of Players Points being redeemed for Players Circle points, D’Addario will add up the total of your old Player’s Points, divide by 3 and multiply the total by 100.

  • What can I send in?

Any D’Addario packaging with Player’s Points on it. This can include: Guitar Strings, Orchestral Strings, Accessories products, Evans products and Rico products.

Please note: Old Promark packaging did not contain Player’s Points - most new drumsticks.
